Pinjur sauce with brown rice
I cooked some brown rice per box instructions, subbing low sodium chicken stock for the water and added 1 TB. Italian seasoning. In a saute pan I cooked 1/4 of a diced onion with the chicken sausage and some garlic. I added 1/4 cup tomato puree, 1tsp. oregano, 1 tsp. parsley, the pinjur sauce, and 1/2 cup chicken stock. I cooked the sauce on low until rice was finished and than added chopped zucchini and asparagus.
