1/4 cup oat bran
2 TB. Bob's apple
cinnamon
hot cereal
1/4 cup water
mix together
topped with
raspberry
applesauce
Tj's
peanut butter with flax seeds
Topped with crunch,
Tj's
low fat mixed berry granola and
Kashi
whole wheat biscuits.
